This 7" compilation came out in 1992 on Kaniption Records out of San Antonio, and featured a swath of Texas punk with Houston, Austin, Dallas and of course San Antonio all being represented.  This was the second in the series - for some reason I digitized this one first instead of volume 1.

The Blue Flamingo Tribute/Reunion Shows Announced!

Remember the Blue Flamingo? The tiny Austin punk/tranny bar on the corner of 7th and Red River that many of the bands posted and/or talked about on this blog played at? Well, the fine folks running The Blue Flamingo Facebook Page have organized a Blue Flamingo Tribute/Reunion show, with many of the local bands from the Blue Flamingo era reuniting for this special occasion.
