Anomie/Direction - split 8"

Anomie and Direction have both been discussed on this blog previously here and here, so I won't go into too much detail about either in this post.  This 8" (yes, it's an 8") record came out in late 1996/early 1997 on Red Five Records (a label that Transmission Entertainment/Fun Fun Fun Fest founder Graham Williams ran along with his friend, Vincent).  Graham was also in the band on the b-side of this record, Direction.

For anyone who is into this record or these bands, there is a Test Pressing of this record currently on eBay at the "Buy It Now" price of $25.  Interestingly, likely because of the unique 8" size of the record, the test pressing was pressed on a 10" (and it's on nice colored vinyl!)  If this interests you, then I would jump on it quickly, here, as I imagine it won't be available for long.
